Sarah Beasley

Nursery Manager

I’m Sarah and I manage both sites with years of experience in various childcare settings, I am degree level trained in Early Years. I was part of the owner’s vision and have worked here since the beginning. I even watched it grow from a shell to the amazing nursery it is today. Much to my disappointment most of my time is spent in the office but I love to hear the children laugh and giggle around the nursery it aways makes me smile.

Jade

Jade is our success story. She previously worked in retail and fancied a change in career. We're so glad she did!!  She studied towards her level 3 Early Years Eduactor and not only did she complete it in record time she passed with a distinction. Once she was qualified there was no stopping her she is now our Deputy Manager here in Hill Top. She leads a team with confidence and makes it look so easy. The children all adore her and she is never without a smile on her face.

Skye

Skye is our little ray of sunshine and she leads our Toddler Room and just bursts with energy every day. There isn't a dull moment when Skye is around and thats why the Toddlers love her so much.  She started her journey at Little Kids Kingdom straight from school and has blossomed into the knowledgeable, fun loving practitioner she is today. She is now qualified but was only half way through her journey when we had our Ofsted inspection and they couldn't praise her more!! Well done Skye we are so lucky to have you as part of our team.

Kat

Kat leads our Baby Room. She started with the nursery in 2024 after doing a Masters Degree in Early Years in her own country. Her caring and patient nature means the babies love her very much!! She excels in her childcare knowledge and uses this knowledge along with her love for children to give those babies the best start she possibly can. 

Gemma

Gemma joined us in our Preschool room in 2025. She had previously gained her qualifications and experience in childcare prior to having her own children. She struggled with her confidence at first but it soon seemed like she'd been with us forever!! The parents constantly praise her the children gravitate towards her everyday sharing stories from home. In short both the parents and the children think she's fabulous and so do we...

Keeley

Keeley is our Level 2 apprentice. She works in Toddler Room and always greets both children and the parents with her beautiful smile. She has learned so much so far and we feel she'll be with us for a very long time.. She has all the qualities we look for when deciding who we trust around our children and never has an empty lap!! Keeley is our comforter when the children are upset they look for her. She always takes that extra time to make sure the children in her care feel happy and secure. Well done so far Keeley...
